TO BECOME A MOMDOULARY METHOD, LLC Multi-CERTIFIED MOURNING, DEATH & END-OF-LIFE DOULA, HOME FUNERAL DOULA, ORGANIZER & WHAT’S NEXT? POST LOSS COACH you must meet ALL Certification Requirements:
- Successful completion of either the Complete 6-in-1 Death Doula training (Regular or Special Edition) OR the Modified 5-in-1 Death Doula Training Program
- Successfully passing the Qualifying Exam (70% or better)
- Membership in Good Order
- Signed Coaching and Doula Promise
- Completion of Bloodborne Pathogen Training
- Completion of Food Handler Safety Training
- Submission of Seeds of Change Essay
- Submission of all signed forms (releases, acknowledgments, terms of service, copyright and logo use, representation of Momdoulary, LLC name in promotion and marketing, standard of practice, code of ethics, licensing agreement, recognition of grievance process, acknowledgment of area law and requirements statement)
- Submission of Client Resource List
Meet the requirements and you will be granted LIFETIME CERTIFICATION, barring loss of it through a Grievance Committee hearing.
